Did anyone have pre-game rituals they had to do before a game?

Before home games I would use the teachers bathroom turn off the lights and take a shyt
Take a shyt, played with the bubble guts once and it was the worse thing ever.
Take a shot of milk. Had to keep the acl strong
Looking back I was 
When I played football, I'd pull that Bill Bellamy shyt from Any Given Sunday - but instead of saying "I can catch anything" it'd be "you won't catch anything". I was that a$$hole safety with no hands that was good for 1 late hit penalty every game
in basketball I'd look for all the scouts in the crowd, figure out who they were there to see, and use that to play pissed off. I was out to embarrass people on defense since my team had legit scoring (had one guy to go Texas A&M, another to Miami, another to VCU, and one to ECU).
I was just one of those dudes who had to play angry and with the sole purpose of shytting on someone else. I didn't even like winning. Just loved to see other people lose.

Told this story before, but in high school before every football game I had to eat a Big Buford combo large sized with a pink lemonade and an apple pie from Rally's/Checkers. That was my only ritual.

Me and boys used to order a pizza from Sal and Tony's and eat it in the locker room. Coach was 
as fukk.
as fukk.10th grade...had to listen to Nas' Halftime on repeat while getting dressed. Wore a tOSU snapback to my games. Also used to give one of my teammate's pops a pound during warm ups.

Not my ritual but this cat on my college team used to scream out the lyrics of Birdman Jr from the Carter every game right before we took the field.

Like back when i played basketball i always noticed one thing: If i hit the first 3 jumpers i take in warm up I can pretty much go home or try not to shoot anything other than layups because aint sh!t gonna fall for me on jumpers that day.
Sounds silly but ive provens this to myself many times. It's like the rim says " i took these first 3 to make you feel good about yourself now go home"
Put my shoes on from right to left and if I forget and put the left on first I would untie them and start over.
