This is a tough sell to a teenager. It's the whole purpose of youth to be able to indulge in this stuff without self destructing like a flabby breh would.
I recall an entire summer during junior year of high school where I lived entirely off of Pop-Tarts and Doritos. I felt a little guilty about eating unhealthy so I threw in some milk now and then. I'd probably be dead if I did that today. But Damn, those were glorious days
I knew others who lived mostly on pizza. And the crazy thing is none of us were fat. Youth itself burnt out those calories for us
