Actually this is the beginning of the end for the receiver formally known as Megatron
His route running has never been that good and the ankle injuries are starting to rob him of his athleticism...
Since he can't just outrun and out jump everyone anymore if a corner can stay in good position they can actually cover the dude now...
Same defense he torched last season for over 300 and he had what...4 or 5 catches for 75 to 80 yards...
Still very good...but no longer the undisputed best receiver in football
After next year if the Lions are smart they move him to tight end and just let him torture linebackers and safeties...he will always be good enough to consistently beat those guys...
