Only if you're a coli poster stuck in a certain sound and era.

Graduation has too many songs that aren't really brought up with in the context of "best Kanye" discussions.
I give it credit for being essentially the first stadium rap album of all time, and for the hits, and for the pop success, but the album really just goes Stronger, Can't Tell Me Nothing, Good life, Flashing Light's, and then ____________?
And CD is too basic for me to personally put up their with Late Registration, and even though there's no songs I dislike, songs like Get Em High and Breathe In Breathe out, take it out of discussion for me.
Good morning, Champion,Everything I Am and Glory are too good to me.
I love Get Em High and Breathe In Breathe Out as well so maybe we can chalk it up to personal differences.

Unique: 808s .
Unless I read that wrong, are you saying the TR-808 was unique in hophop or it coupled with the 808. If that's the case, that would be more T-Pain than Ye. And 808s, the south never got rid of em. :blessed:

One of the GOAT instrumental intros in HipHop... :wow:

While I loved Get Em High, he could have tossed Breathe In Breathe Out to the bushes, or at least replaced it with the original Home or Heavy Hitters (Miri Ben-Ari version
:wow:)

IMO, Late Registration is his best album but The College Dropout is my favorite album from him and it's not even close. :yeshrug:

Compton was just forgetable it wasn't trash, it wasn't an album you can remember off the rip

Yeezus, you recall how some tracks were just bad except for a few

I'm not saying he brought them back or started auto tune, but that the way he used them was a unique combination and unique sound to Kanye, that has it's roots back to his more experimental dropout tracks and most blatantly Addiction on LR.
Just like Yeezus isn't the first industrial electronic album, but that the combination of Reggae, Industrial Music, electronic, rock, hip hop, and soul made for a unique sound to Kanye.

I think most tracks on Graduation are good, just that within the spectrum of Kanye's career I don't see them as being up there with the best , nor are they commonly ranked as being among the best over the entire spectrum of his fan base (though I don't let what other people think decide my opinion on music).
And I like Get em High and love Breathe In Breathe Out (breath knocks, I was playing it to get pumped for my last job interview), just that I'm not placing it up there with Late Registration tracks, even the lesser ones.
Yep. Nobody's perfect
Thecoli was thirsty to say Ye fell off after one album and not put him up their with the greats, yet they give Jay and Nas and other artists passes, all because they don't rock with his image/style.
