A few years ago I was at a laundromat and a random sold me a pair of iPhone earbuds for like $60. They are legit. I still have them. The last version before the newest ones whatever they are called.
So today, I'm at that same Laundromat and low and behold another random comes up offering earbuds... And an apple watch.... And an iPhone 17 pro Max. Wants $750 for the phone. Well first I but the earbuds for $40. I pass on the watch. The phone I tell him I only have $200, take it or leave it
he says $250, I fake like I only have $240 and so for $280 I either got beat or came up.
99 times out of 10 (yes ten) this is a scam. But it was real last time and the boxes were all unopened with the plastic/etc. I checked the phone out and without turning it on it looks legit. What are your thoughts. What should I do with it?
