Love Mike’s music but like many other greats, he definitely ‘borrowed’ allowed.

He always said he didn’t invent the moonwalk… but it was Jeffrey Daniels that showed him how to do it.

Also when it comes to the style of dress, A LOT of the artists were dressing in similar bombastic fashions. Michael just became the biggest artist of all time so he became the “face” of that type of 80’s look.

I’m not saying he couldn’t have been influenced by this Alfonso artist but there’s enough documentation of Michael’s life and come-up that shows that just as much as he “borrowed” from the look, style and sound of the time period, he innovated as well.
