It's the corporate side. They're destroying animators with lack of time and consistency within a studio.

What happened to OPM is thankfully not the norm for any anime series, even less so for a popular one. Even studios that have horrible working conditions are churning out impressive animation so I'm not sure what you mean by low quality in anime in general.

At least OPM had some amazingly animated seasons and episodes. Uzamaki fall off was instant from Episode 1 to 2.

Longer seasons were the definition of low quality anime. You had entire filler arcs with lackluster animation. Nowadays you get more focused and polished animation with more faithful and straight up better adaptations than the source material (Demon Slayer, JJK, etc.). If there's one thing the anime industry is filled with is not lazyness, you got studios like Mappa working mfers to exhaustion, how is that lazy?

You just randomly lashing out and using OPM as an example of the entire industry when the truth is, Bandai Namco fukked that IP up as it did with Blue Lock. Bandai is known for cutting corner, rushing shyt out and cheapening out on staff, making the quality of their series fall off a cliff. But that's mainly driven by greed, not laziness.
