Didn't even notice that. Between that and what he was saying, it does seem like it.
They been setting the groundwork for it since that Heyman promo, go back and watch it, the one where Heyman said he was going to resign and told Punk something bad is waiting for him, a dark cloud is hanging over his head.
Then cue to Monday and he's saying he is a God and an Immortal, quite obvious the gong will hit for Punk.
The fast forward booking is goofy though, they should have planned it out better.

Well I know that it's setting up for Punk/Taker at Mania....I was just trying to see if anyone even noticed that subtlety on Raw Monday night. I didn't notice it until I saw a thread about it on Reddit.
With all this #fukkery going on, I doubt it was on purpose.
