Nonetheless, I always thought it was about Wayne too but Tip just always avoided confirming it due to their relationship back then… seems like it was more of a competitive jab and he never intended to go full throttle.. similar to when G Unit dropped You So Tough, 50’s verse is clearly about Tip but at that point in time, I don’t think 50 flat out said it was when asked and I remember someone asked Tip about it and he dismissed it because 50 says names
