Atlanta had Bloods, Crips, Folks in '95? When is the earliest you heard they were there?

The earliest I ever heard of a place outside Cali having The Culture is Little Rock, Highland Court Bloods the first B/C gang in 1982, then they grew from there. I believe Chicago-style gangs were there first too. Never heard of any place outside California having The Culture before Little Rock, though...

Even then, by 95 Goodie Mobb was grown. I’d have to believe Cee Lo joined up in the early 90s or even 80s. And I don’t recall ATL having Cali gangs way back then

There weren't no real crips/bloods in the A in the 80s/early 90s.. first time I heard about that shyt was that Young Gunnaz crip set... some of y'all green as hell.
