This scene has always got me, when a “change is gonna come” came on and Ali is reacting to Malcolm x death I always caught the look. Always wondered why they didn’t use sam cooke’s version would have been 10x better

I thought it would show his rise and falloff...but I get it ...that woulda been a long ass movie....but overall it didn't deliver...never had the urge to rewatch after seeing it in the theater...to put it into perspective I had no interest in seeing a Ray Charles biopic but I've watched that movie atleast 10 times cause it tells pretty much how he came about....Ali just didn't go deep enough
