speaking of which.. has anyone seen OTA (over the air aka rabbit ears) TV lately? theyve got a million channels with commercial blocks every 2 minutes shyt is unwatchable.. i dont know how people tolerate commercials. id rather not watch something than sit through that nonsense

I have a tv with ota, no internet. I like the selection of channels it has. Seems like quality tv, old sitcoms, gunsmoke and shyt.

Now the internet tv channels that are on roku TVs.....damn talk about commercials but I reckon that's below they pay to have all those channels stream 24/7.

i bought an antenna at walmart just for severe weather. sometimes during tornado season the internet gets knocked out, and i dont have cable tv. sometimes cell signals can be bad too so its good to have some way to keep up. weve had tornadoes rip out some wiring that has knocked out the internet for multiple days before too. theres a tornado siren about 100 yards from my apartment so there is a plan C at least



used to be you just had to worry about april-june. now we get tornadoes in winter

anyway, i spent like an hour on ebay last night looking at them (little TVs). i really want one, but i dont know if i trust USPS with anything with a CRT tube. i dont know wtf they do to my packages... i got a 1 star rating on ebay the other day cos those motherfukkers were playing hacky sack with my package in the back room. guy was furious. they busted that thing to pieces
