Why?
I know people curse around their parents and they're more respectful and are doing better than a lot of people.
They're just words, not everyone gives them the same weight.
Plenty of parents who get pissy about their kids cursing around them have those same kids in and of trouble and failing in life.
And vice versa for each of these, bad parenting is more than that imo.
Anyways more people think that so whatever, you not cursing around women is absurd to me though, I absolutely can't understand that thought process.

Maybe if you haven't met a wide variety of Black and Hispanic people.
Then everything is stereotyped as being "cac".

Maybe its just a southern thing, but in my family it would be seen as disrespect for a child/young person to use curse words. Theres this idea about being seen, and not heard where even talking over adults could be seen as being disrespectful. So maybe its not a race thing. Maybe its regional. :yeshrug:

It was seen as disrespect with my mother so I didn't do it as well.
I'm more just curious as to why it has to be considered bad parenting.

Nope, never as a kid.

But some of you are adults and still scared? :mjlol:

what do you guys say when you stub your toe or get cut off in traffic? "Dag nab it!"?

Your parents probably cuss up a damn storm when they get mad. All my older siblings curse in front of them.

Being an adult means you can curse freely. I can understand if you're 16, but if you're 20 and you're not cursing AT them, it shouldn't matter.:yeshrug:

I only curse when I get mad, anyway.

I don't even curse around people who are old enough to be my parents. It shows a total lack of decency. :scust:

:lolbron:pre-teen me and my little bro use to play some stupid ass game about who could cuss the loudest before parents said something. I think we were quoting some full-metal jacket shyt. Eventually my dad heard me and yelled up the stairs "what type of language you using in this house!" and I was like:whoa:.
