Yeah he may have had videos and recorded them but people on video knew he was recording, and didn't go to the police to complain at the time. 1000's + bottles of baby oil isn't a crime he just loves sex. Sex and drugs are his vice and Prosecutors need to make sure none of their witnesses crumble under cross examination which is where the problem may lie. Diddy has a serious team of lawyers that could win this easily unless Prosecutors have some shyt that is amazing but the fact Diddy turned down the plea deal says to me that they are real confident they can win this.
