Nope. Only if there is an actual breach of contract. Puff can LIE about the terms all he wants in a radio interview without legal ramification as long as he adheres to the terms that are in the contract. It makes him look like a snake, but he's banking on the fact that nobody will check him on it. He could have denied the whole thing on air, the contract is signed. But he said it right the first time then switched it up. The dollar break down was accurate and totally contradicts the 80/20 claim. Bottom line is that they signed a shyt deal. Puff was just trying to dress it up on the air so it wouldn't look like the shyt deal that it is.
