Yeah - same thing would go for an RnB quartet...unless the group determined that the lead vocalist gets more points, or that songwriting credit or whatever.

The Lox are a trio, but there were many two member groups that had to split their publishing and profits. More complicated for larger groups like Wu-Tang.

rza just takes it all :mjlol:

He obviously understands the art of rhetoric . . how much can I say without saying anything at all?

puff is a snake. every direct question he was asked....he danced around like he was in a music video.

ok you got them for 5 more albums. what does that mean? he says its complicated. not really that complicated, we can count.

diddy talks about how no one calls out sony on the radio...or universal...or whoever. no one knows who the head of universal is. diddy CHOOSES to conduct business in a certain manner. head of universal aint dancing in all the rap videos. head of sony aint screamin all over a hip hop beat. diddy made himself a public figure, so he's going to take the shots when shyt goes bad.

lets be real...the nikka has shady business practices. yes, its the lox fault for not understanding their contract. but it takes years to fully understand contract law so lets not make it sound like after a few sit down meetings they shoulda known what was up. they deferred alot to their managers and lawyers. and at the end of the day, their managers and lawyers also worked for diddy. its unethical.

imagine me and you wanna open up a pizza restaurant. you straight from italy, so you got the pizza recipies, and you are also the cook. i own a building we can convert into a restaurant and imma front all the start up cash for ovens, ingredients, tables, chairs, advertising, etc. all the fixed fees will come out of the startup money, which i get to recoup first and foremost. all the monthy recurring fees we'll split 50/50. profits after that, we'll split 50/50.

then you find out you are actually contractually obligated to only buy ovens, ingredients, tables, advetising, etc from certain companies. and it just so happens i own all those companies. then you find out we're paying 2000 a month for rent at our restaurant....but i own the building so you are actually just paying that out to me. so yeah, 20 percent of every pizza you make is divided up between me and you for being the owners, while the other 80 percent goes to expenses. but i actually own the companies those expenses go to as well...so i'm really profiting like 75% of that pie and you are taking home 10%. you are going to feel a certain kinda way about it too.

theres a such thing as ethics, and good faith business practices. seems like puffy doesnt ascribe to.

You sound like the type of dude to walk in front of a bus and then blame the bus.

Yall got weird definitions of the word "snake". A snake would add the words after it was signed. What's snakish in asking you to adhere to the contract you signed?

Only black folks conduct business on the radio.

Might I also add, look at Jada's business decisions after Bad Boy. Ruff Ryders, Interscope, Rocafella, D-Block, Def Jam. He never smartened up.

and they wanted to go back to bad boy a few yrs ago but couldnt get out the ruff ryders/interscope deal :scust:

Now he's doing records with white cats:

^^^The fact that he would degrade his brand speaks volumes :manny:
