Negative. 50% writer credit, 50% composer credit. Lox get 50% writer, and Puff gets 40% of THEIR 50% because they signed a publishing deal on top of the record deal. So the LOX only own 30% of the total publishing…not 80%. Unless the Lox made the beat too, it's unlikely they own more than 50% of the publishing rights for a particular song.
