I got a free trial of hbo now but is that only available for my phone ? It was a free month trial app that cost $14.99 a month.

I havnt tried to watch on my computer or anything but I can't log in on HBO GO on my X1.....

Is there going to be an HBO Now app hitting more platforms ? Is this just for android phones or what????

HBOGO is the on demand partner to HBO. Thus if you have a subscription to HBO thru cable or whatever, you automatically can use your login to access all their content on any device using HBOGO.

HBONOW is a stand alone version of HBOGO that you pay $15 a month to get all the HBO content thru without having to have a cable subscription.

simply put, they are the same content, but one is the version u get when u have cable, and the other one is a subscription standalone aimed at cord-cutters.

btw, since you mentioned comcast (I have them also) HBOGO works on EVERY device outside of PS3 and PS4.

and the reason it's not working for you is cuz you have an HBONOW trial and you're trying to log into HBOGO. Try logging into HBONOW instead on your computer (I assume they have a website as well).

comcast blocks it (which is annoying). but if you're using your computer browser, or smarttv, or phone/ipad, you should easily be able to log in using the app.
