She's lucky she didn't get shot, especially when she was in her car reaching into her bag. A lot of places they would have lit her up and had her looking like Alex Murphy. Anyways, she's got a whole heap of charges. If they are feeling up to it, that assault on a police officer can be upgraded to something worse.
