Fam I use to take the metra electric from hazel crest, transfer to the L at Roosevelt then take the L to whatever job site in the city my union apprenticeship was at. I’d be all the way up on the yellow line in Skokie and have to take public transit all the way back out south

A normal day was out the door at 5:30am and not be in the crib till after 6pm. That was a rough year but made me resilient
