How much ya'll paying for your Directv package monthly if you got it. Hell, if you got another cable service that is cheaper let me know. I'm paying 160 a month with 2 hd boxes and a standard box and after I called bytching they gave me a 15 dollar credit for a year. But still i think 146 is too much and i want to know what other peep's are getting to know if i am getting screwed.

Do you have every damn channel breh? I pay 90 but with nfl direct and HBO. But when my plan is up I'm letting it die and get Netflix and use the internet. Cable is a waste of money nowadays

Ill tell u in a month...i just cancelled all my movie channels cept hbo and showtime and some of the extra channel packages...my bill is at 54...i paid 110 last month for 2 tvs, and im still in my first year...i switch it up evry 2 years any way...got rig of fios double play cuz i waas payin 145 for internet and one tv.
That's not bad if you think of it as three different utility bills in one, phone, cable, internet.

If you get basic cable through comcast, it's pretty cheap but you don't get a lot of channels, which is what I have.
Thats true because i pay time warner for my internet 80 bones...On top of what i pay direct...I may actually get rid of the road runner turbo dont really need it for what i do.
Got every channel except Cinemax. I want Showtime Starz and HBO though so they are staying. Those are the only ones available to get rid of right? Or can I get rid of Encore and TMC separately?

Dont know about directtv but encore is free with comcast but yea you can choose which premium channels(hbo, cinemax, starz, showtime, tmc) you want to get rid of separately.Just call and they'll tell you how much your bill will go down depending on how many channels you drop
Cinemax is piff by the way...they show the best movies IMO
