No he didn't

He was hot garbage pretty much the entire time in Brooklyn while being lazy, a bad teammate and a coach killer

Pierce couldn't wait to get away from him
Yes he did. His second season in Brooklyn was far superior than any season Rondo had. I wouldn't expect you to know this since you don't watch Nets games.

THE BETTER QUESTION IS...how the fukk did Carlisle go 41-41 with this team in 2012???

dirk had knee surgery in august of that year and didn't return until january (keep that in mind, missed 30 games that year)

starters...

pg - darren collison :snoop:
sg - oj mayo :sadbron:
sf - (insert rotating scrub) i forgot who it was
pf - 35 year old shawn marion :mjlol:
c- chris kaman :laff:

bench was vince carter, elton brand, brandon wright, jae crowder, chris douglas roberts, mike james (who started games for them), dahntay jones, troy murphy, rodrique beubouis

i didnt feel like typing out the rest of the scrubs...2012-13 Dallas Mavericks here's a link enjoy

carlisle is one of the greats.

:dead: :dead: :dead: :dead: :dead: @ beubouis

My nicca beaubois was the truth though. it's a shame he never got the PT he deserved and then injuries fukked up his career :mjcry:

And Yeah Carlisle is, low key, top 3 coach in the League

And Doc proves time and time again that he can't coach. :smugfavre:
that late 00s celtics team may have been the best team we never seen. The KG injury and the possibilities if few certain players were traded like rondo. His career was literally made by the presence of big 3. If he was drafted by any other team that time at this point he would most likely be coming off the bench as a role player or playing overseas, definitely with a less douchebag-ish personality as well.

KG injury and a perk injury kept them from 3 straight titles with rondo as a starter

Pop still the best

If Carlisle coach the clippers rather than doc clippers would be in the western conference championship almost every year with that roster

Well Carlisle would make that team look better but the tricky part is that clippers are full of loser mentality players, sometimes even coaching can't make those losers work. If he had a chance he would trade half of that clippers team.

what did I say wrong? I said that team would have been so much better if it wasnt for KG injury in 09 and if celtics made a few moves rather than being content with what they had. Ainge and Doc were people who kept that team from winning more with their average at best GM decisions. For example addressing their rebounding and inside the paint issues by signing washed up players. And in Rondo's situation, quite enough point guards would have done the same job if not better, but he was out there and they did not have much money to sign a better player, oh well it is what it is, his stats were heavily inflated by his teammates.

I didn't see Chalmers or Cole getting their stats inflated :troll:

You would think the "second best coach in the league" would find a way to make it work with a championship point guard but I guess not :smugfavre:

You would think that after 5 games the "second best coach in the league" could devise a defensive scheme to keep Dwight Howard and Josh Smith from lobbing the ball over Dirk head 20 times a game for an alley oop but I guess not :smugfavre:

This the same guy who openly admitted to clashing with jason kidd...First ballot HOF...one of the greatest point guards ever...on the fast track to becoming a great head coach...:smugfavre:

Could have sworn Rondo busted Dallas ass and Sac ran them off the floor a few nights ago to :smugfavre:
