Digital foundry just did a video on dirt 5 and the developer said things that can't be unsaid. He goes in on things like how because of machine learning (Xbox yes, Sony no) Dirt 5 was instantly running at over 100fps and that a little optimization on top of that got them to 120fps. And that they not even done, got plenty of time to get it completed.

Wait, competed how?

They go in on how even if a target is say 120fps, that often games hit that while dropping in frame rates in other areas. They acknowledged that's something Sony does (That's a joke) but he made it clear that most of the game is 120fps but that as of this minute it's not locked 120 in career mode...yet.

When discussing the other versions aka ps5 and previous gen he goes on to how the game scales well. And wouldn't detail how Sony without machine learning is holding up. but his face when asked the questions tells you whatever you needed to know. If you wanna see for yourselves, here ya go...
