Lets be real though, you dont have to be a fanboy to know that Triple H going over Sting just so he can have more heat for The Rock segment later (according to creative) was silly booking given how precious remaining time Sting has and how well he was being recieved leading up to Wrestlemania
WWE needs some OG stars cause the new ones aint cutting it or the ones that are out injured or gone, so given Summerslam is their second most important event, make it happen if true and bring Taker and Sting for whatever they can be down for.

It's that simple. I get it, wwe had to "win the Monday night war" blah blah.
Yes it took damn near the entire WWE attitude era interfering for hunter to beat him which was cool in a way to see him get somewhat protected.
But it just seems like Sting coming outta mania whole woulda been a better option especially since I saw a LOT of cats say he'd get crickets if he showed up in the WWE after all this time and there was more than one LOUD we want Sting chant during the lead up to mania.. Folks paid for survivor series to see him like ordered the actual PPV and the network was free in November.
