why is it so hard for people to use commonsense and clean after them?

one of my roommates literally cleaned the whole kitchen next week top to bottom last week a week later shyt looks like it never been cleaned

I dont want to be a because one of my roommates has been longer in the house than me but today i had to law the law down motherfukkers are gonna start cleaning

I had roommates in college after i finished i swore to never have roommates again

once i graduate i'm only sharing house with clean people one of my roommates left to go on holiday for two weeks and left his dirty dishes in the sink (we have no dishwasher).
I just told everyone in the apartment we are cleaning this week and if people are still not cleaning after themselves im gonna treat them like babies and start a cleaning schedule

.......even though I am closing to owning my own home. Your scenario is still better then living with 2 other grown people in a cramped apartment bytching over cleaning duties.........

It all comes down to upbringing, being considerate, people skills, and personal hygiene. Some folks are also spoiled and was brought up like that where their parents didn't make them clean up after themselves and their personal area.

Next, some folks are just very inconsiderate and careless about other peoples thoughts and feelings. When u rooming with someone or living with family or friends, u should be able to get along with them and ur mind should think about them as well.

Then don't forget social skills...bring considerate and thinking about others is part of that...including sharing, good manners, acknowledging others, etc. Some folks just have poor people skills.

And finally....some folks just have awful personal hygiene and those types need to either live alone or find someone as untidy and nasty as they are....and that could be a disaster as well.
