The twist is gonna make or break this show. It's beautifully shot and obviously well acted given the names involved but everything is riding on what happened in the past.

Don’t like the narration overlay, but I’ll let Alfonso cook. Blanchett seems to have developed a love for portraying characters with deep dark secrets who are bound to be exposed. Very much enjoying that aspect of the show.

As much as I want them to, I’ll cut em some slack — they gotta prioritize ‘The Batman: Part II’ over everything else.

I imagine the twist will be the [almost] complete opposite to Nancy's perspective/interpretation of what went on between Catherine and her son.

I gather Stephen's machinations are him living through his wife (hence why he's led us to believe he wrote the book).

It's not real.

If it's reflective of the book's narrative (and not reality), then him acting as a cartoonish villian, out to destroy the Ravenscroft family, is really the mind of his wife, as we're never led to believe he is of that sort of mentality, but we know she is.
