Disney+ Confirmed to Include a Movie With F-Bombs

Those hoping Disney+ would be completely squeaky clean might be out of luck. Now that the service has been available in the Netherlands for a week, fans have discovered one of the films in the library has been added to the service in an uncensored format; one that not only has an instance where a character says "bytch," but also a feature where members of the cast drop an f-bomb twice.

The investigation was first launched by Fandom's Eric Goldman, who reached out to some of his Dutch followers asking them to look into Adventures of Babysitting, a Disney-owned movie confirmed to be on the service. As Goldman suspected, the service didn't remove either of the f-bombs from the movie. Psh and people thought Disney wasn't going to push the boundaries!

A huge thank you to the Netherlands-based @swaber87, who went out of the way to check Disney+ and get me an answer! Currently at least, Adventures in Babysitting is uncensored. Confirmed: Disney+ allows a double F-Bomb movie!

The discussion has come to the forefront after reports surfaced the House of Mouse was trying to determine what to do with the Ryan Reynolds-starring franchise now that mutants are set to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige then went on record earlier this summer seemingly teasing the franchise would remain in its adult-oriented rated R format. “When we were purchased, Bob said to us, ‘if it’s not broke, don’t fix it,'” Feige told Variety. “There’s no question that Deadpool is working, so why would we change it?”

Disney representatives confirmed the new Mouse-owned service wouldn't host R-rated content as recently as last month.

I asked about R-rated content, if any of Fox’s more adult fare will make it on to Disney+ and he said that Disney+ will all be PG-13 or softer. I wonder if this will be their weakness that other streaming services can exploit.

Let’s get this out the way now:snoop:

I don’t know the author of this article:hubie:
I don’t follow him:hubie:
I was just looking randomly through the Google News on my phone and happened to come across this:hubie:

Other than that...... I don’t know what to do with this :usure:

Coli say one thing, Kevin and Bob saying something completely different:dwillhuh:

The fact this is news says enough about the fact that Disney needs to get a grip on reality

I think to a degree it’s news cuz people are making a bigger deal of it then it needs to be made.

Like even as recent as last week people are saying “Disney not going to do a Rated R Deadpool...” and do all the “Bu Bu Bu Bu but Disney won’t...” stuff and here we have a quote from way back that Kevin Fiegie on RECORD saying they not gonna fukk with Deadpool?

It’s like people to a degree are ignoring what they are saying directly and making their own narrative that then gets legs

Saving grace and what opened my eyes was them letting Netflix do what they did with the Marvel Knights characters. But even then it was under the guise of "Marvel". You never saw a Disney/Buena Vista logo.

I think you'll see the same continue on all Marvel joints. Gonna be interesting though.

I just think it needs to be case by case. Yes some things can be harder but not EVERYTHING needs to be Rated R.

Maybe make Punisher R, but Squirrel Girl don’t need to be super edgy with a lot of violence and cursing.

Either way the first responsibility should be making a great product. Cuz if the product isn’t great it don’t matter what the rating is.

Too many of their moves are over exaggerated or incorrect narratives:yeshrug:

Possible. Disney already go overboard with the corny jokes. Who every write Deadpool gonna get the green light on whatever they put in the script

Yea and that’s the over exaggeration and incorrect narratives I was hinting at in my previous post. The last MCU movie to really have “jokes” like that was Thor 3 and no one really complained or was mad at that.

A3, A4, BP, CM and SFFH didn’t really have jokes like that and has way less jokes vs some other comparable movies.

Not even throwing shade but just speaking factually

As far as corny jokes, the writers of DP already got that in the bag. In DP1, I never thought the scene where him and TJ talking about his face was funny and I can point out a few corny jokes in DP2 that was excessive
