I have noticed the unnecessary comedy in these movies increase but Marvel Studios apparently has full control with these flicks
Ironman 3 went completely overboard with unnecessary humor. how am i gonna take a scene seriously where pepper pott's life is in danger and tony starks is cracking off jokes? even the henchmen in this movie had an incredible witty sense of humor. :stopitslime:

For the life of me I can't understand why WB never joined characters before. I don't understand why CW isn't DC cartoon central and they allow the Cartoon Network to throw their shyt in the bushes without reservation.

Only card DC has left is to successfully combine tv and movie universes. Lord knows marvel is dropping the ball on that one. IMO if you can't picture a character appearing on the big screen they shouldn't be cast on TV. Flash I'm looking at you.

They were going to do it in 2004 with Wolfgang Peterson as the director but it got scrapped. The possibility of Nolan's Batman and Singers Superman coming together for a movie was brought up, but Nolan didn't want it to happen. So then WB decided to make a Justice League film, called Justice League: Mortal that would have had both Batman and Superman, been directed by George Miller and come out in 2010. It would have been completely separate from Nolan's Batman universe. However the film was scrapped in 2008. So they actually have been trying to get the two characters to crossover for a long time now.

Not to mention there was supposed to be a cameo by Batman (played by Michael Keaton) in the doomed Tim Burton Superman Lives movie.

I don't see how X-Men was any darker than that
not having a self deprecating, campy or tongue n cheek tone doesnt automatically mean "dark" To be honest i am scratching my head of what ppl found dark about nolan's batman.Antichrist was dark, chaos (05) was dark, dark knight while not being comedy was very much a standard action/adventure/crime story.Set within the confines of its universe (cud care less of the grounded setting) we never saw any raping, any junkies shouting u, gangland beatdowns, e.t.c it was all very sterile and tame :ld:

how the fukk are the Russo brothers directing Cap 2? :dahell:

If they can be apart of what some say is the GOAT show in Arrested Development, surely they can bring greatness to Winter Soldiers
