Thing is, Wolverine and Storm were actually beginning a relationship BEFORE T'Challa ever came in the picture, he basically swiped her FROM Logan. And that is ignoring decades of history Logan and Storm have together, they basically were the to dominant personalities of The New X-men. Logically, its only natural that after their marriage ended she would come back to her best male friend and previous lover.
