What I know about anthem is that its dead but maybe its came back to life...
COD is COD but I assume if you were that into it you would have it.
Div 2 is an improvement on Div 1 and looks like its getting more support than 1. If you liked 1 get this.

The loot bullshyt is a problem in all three games so if that's a problem then none of these games are for you.
If you dont care about the loot problems then consider that anthem is dead, and a new call of duty is around the corner. Division 2 would be my suggestion.
But I dont own any of these trash ass games so there's that.
At this point I just don't think any of them are worth 30 . shyt chill out long enough you may get it for 19.99

If you're considering getting Division, love yourself, get Destiny 2, and play the actual good "loot shooter", which is already better, but gets a major overhaul in October.

Anthem is trash (I bought it day 1, avoid)
BLOPS 4 is riddled with microtransactions/loot boxes (Apex, Fortnite, HZ etc offer battle royale for free)
Division 2 is fun, if you liked the first you'll like it
Honestly the Destiny 2 suggestion is the best call (or wait for Borderlands 3)
