i was watching videos/gameplay of Madden 2002 cause i was tryna get it up and running on an emulator for my PC and heard something familiar @ 8:17 & 8:21

isnt that the sample Don Cannon uses for "Cannon" and "steps back" on his mixtapes Pat Summerall(RIP) sayng rich ganon etc?
