Anytime I see Tony The Closer, he tryna expose somebody for something. In the video with envy he low key come off as a hater or jealous type nikka.
Real Estate scams probably were always a thing, but seems like it's out there alot more. Same with the card cracking.

its easy to pull people in with talk about economic parity and generational wealth and (legitimate) claims about the history of white supremacy and red lining...and thats why we gotta give our money to guys who don't have the scale to push back against racism and institutional housing bias into flipping houses.
These guys are always out to flip homes, they're never pushing to change zoning laws, improve access to developer friendly policies, or expanding the housing market. They're not builders, they're literally rent seekers.
Envy literally admitted he was unaware of what Cesar was doing and has allegedly claimed Cesar owes him money.
Thats an admission.
