These celebs need to ask who the top local criminal lawyers are when they tapp in. This guy's a real estate attorney. Mike Tyson's lawyer for the rape trial was a tax lawyer. NYC has plenty of bull dogs there.

In nearly every video Envy is the one speaking and Pena is just standading there. His lawyer is going with a defense that fell apart two weeks ago.
The FBI does not view Envy the same, as he is listed as “Individual 1” in the paperwork, not “Victim X”. Not only is Envy a co-conspirator (willing or unwilling), now he’s a snitch.
Unnecessary side hustles get a lot of rich people in trouble.
