It's an easy way to get high end electronics cheap or profit. I usually deal on craigslist, but local spots work also. Its a good way to knock some of those expenses down and make even good under the table cash.

I basically got a MacBook Pro in like new condition with its original box, stickers and everything for $400 (I had to replace some of the keys for $24). I just flipped it for a cool $850. $400+ profit for about 3 hours of "work". How did I get a deal? Just because the hipster spilled his latte all over the keyboard and had no clue on what to do to get it back up and running smoothly again :russ:

I had offers for xbox one bundles with kinect + cash
PS4 bundle + cash
Unlocked iPhone 5S + cash
A lawnmower
Some dude even offered me a :flabbynsick: car that needed some work.

In a matter of hours in a city that craigslist doesn't really get that much activity. In NYC I bet some cats make a cool 10K+ a year fukking around on Craigslist. Just gotta make sure you know how to spot stolen goods, you don't want the cops knocking.

The cellphone game is sick also, I traded up from an old galaxy nexus all the way to a 5C in a relatively short amount of time last year.

Sometimes I do. I just gotta be persistent. I usually don't have the patience.
Just deal with things that are high in demand and you usually get offers quickly.

You should be able to get people to give you much more than what you paid for in items + cash for apple products, PS4, and classic games like Fez in short time.
