I need one for under $500 that can print objects about the size of an average table lamp. I know that's asking for a lot of the price, but it will happen soon

I was in my engineering classes, the teacher asked, "who's ever used a 3D printer before?" And this girl raised her hand and said that she and her friends made one over the summer. My face literally was like :ohhh::wow::mjcry::feedme::gladbron::banderas::noah: and :duck: until she showed a video of it working. She's black too! I think I'm in love brehs.

Also my school has a couple that we can use anytime as long as we buy the material for whatever you're creating, but I haven't really put it to good use yet

3D printer material isn't good enough to prevent a object from being destroyed after one use
A couple years ago we did a presentation in college about a company that was successfully 3d printing functioning lower receivers for AR15's.
China is already out here 3d printing houses.
It'll only get better.

OK but I'm talking about the quality necessary for the shyt to hold itself together when gunpowder is going off inside of it. It's not there yet.
