ive been trying to start a union at my job but really don't know how to go about it. I've talked to a few reps to see what they talking about but real talk I know they just tell you what's good they're like recruiters per se. I also heard though that companies try and get rid of employees who try and start one. Anyone out there know if it's worth the hassle?
