Do black neighbors cause property value to decrease?

...If there are two or three black families that decided to move into a majority white neighborhood, will the property value decrease?

Does this happen with other races and vice versa?

If so, are black people seen as graffiti?

No, it takes a lot more than a few blacks in a neighborhood for the property value to go down, crime (murders, rape, robbery, burglary), attractions leavin, businesses closing, ect.
