In your personal experience, do Black people give white people better customer service?

Sometimes no, sometimes yes. I've got excellent/average/poor service from many ethnicities and races.

There was this Black girl who works at this Chinese spot (weird I know) who attended to be better than the Asian woman who was supposed to be looking after my table.

There's this Black butch looking woman who seems to be some sort of manager who works at the local Little Caesar's. She be laughing and teeth smiling with White customers but looks at me like she just wants me to go away.

The Mexican spot I ate at last night treats me great. But I do eat there often though.

But I know your MO Matt. You and the others who said yes are either (a are more sensitive to Blacks who give you poor service or (b live in towns with an unusually high amount of shoe shine boys

same here. Sure it's not the same for everyone, but the bad customer service I've had has always been from my own people.

I also think we have been shamed into not complaining about bad service, I don't mind calling corporate if it gets too bad.

Yeah man, but i also used to work at Kroger in high school, so I know how dealing with grocery customers day in and day out can shift your attitude, so I didn't even bother to really say anything about, just wanted to get out as soon as I could

I can't really tell since I've seen it go both ways. When I was doing customer service, I had better interactions with black people because they would jokingly about the high prices of the food, crack jokes and just be engaging, it just seemed like we were more comfortable with each other

though, at the grocery store yesterday, this older white guy just said the word "cornstarch" at this black lady who worked there and she said: "oh that's in aisle _____, would you like me to show you were it is?" all bright and cheerfully. It seemed pretty weird.

Nah, brothers and sisters be all professional with cacs. When it comes to me they be like ,"what's up brother. What you need?" Most of the time.
