I wonder how many broads against 50/50 are willing to live in a basic $200k house, 2 used Toyotas, eat at Olive Garden, and take 1 vacation a year.

50/50 to start in a basic house, rent it out and take two vacations a year while eating homecooked meals better than, and cheaper than Olive Garden?

I didn't miss your point. If you got two incomes totaling 150K a year, a 200K house is not a bad investment to cop another house and rent out the basic. If shorty on board with that idea, she shouldn't see a problem with the 200K basic. But you gotta explain what the moves are.

I never liked fine dining, I was always a homecooked meal typa dude.
Vacation is in between payments. If they pay every month on the fifteenth, go on vacation after the payment...
But if you rentin' out property, why aren't you doing the background checks to make sure their credit is good and they can afford monthly payments?

Two incomes gives you more possibilities. I just brought up having a bigger house because it's what some people do. You can buy a $200k home or a $400k home, either one is possible with two incomes.

50/50 is normal in most black marriages and has been for decades. The average black married person can't afford the same lifestyle without it.

But most of us dont value marriage. Many of us only have children because they were fuking irresponsibly. Most of us dont make enough money to dictate things either way.

As a people that supposedly value family alot our actions as a group say we dont.
