Lol. Different environment makes for different people. Even across the different Caribbean islands the cultures have their own unique aspects. All the islands have a lot in common though.

Yes. I've noticed black people from the states aren't as up tight.

Nah frfr though although there is a substantial degree of differences and unqueness in each, the cultures are generally the same in that from MY experience living in the U.S.V.I.
