And I recently stepped up my diet, already ate pretty well. Been hard af.

I'm back to go back to eating trash just so I can sleep on my stomach.

Watermelon is great because of the l-citrulline plus it’s mostly water so it’s hydrating. Pomegranate juice can help,along with hibiscus tea ,but to much will lower your blood pressure to much and make you dizzy.

Without fail, if I eat foods with spices, that makes for strong occurrences. Not heavy food, but if I eat something light with lots of chili flakes or cayenne, brotha be looking like a snickers with the veins :dame:paws.

Celery, watermelon, beets. Foods heavy with L-arginine. Generally speaking a heavy vegetable/fruit/nuts/seeds :dame: diet. Anything good for your heart is good for your dikk.
