I read this article that was based around a Pope Francis quote, which discouraged overuse of electronics. I personally try to not be on them often, like I have a flip phone bc I don't that shyt all up in my face like that. When I kick it with friends or family, they be on that shyt heavy like on some zombies type of stuff, it's weird.
