Do females have penis envy?

This thread came from the influx of "gender war" threads i have seen in the last few days. Nothing was too rampant in the threads just some ideology and logic exchange but I was perplexed by the notions of double standards and what some called "penis envy". penis envy to my knowledge isn't a female wanting to have a dikk (:koolaidlol: ) but wanting the benefits of being a man and the privileges that come with it (someone correct me if i'm wrong). anywho lettuce discuss friends
