People, especially dumb rappers, always talking about their foreign women, clothes and cars they got in a bragging way. Do the foreigners do the same?

Black Americans are obviously different, but the greater majority who are white have earned that rep for being anoying and fat.

There's a line that happens whenever an American story comes out in the news over here 'Only in America' because it's just recognized as a place where the dumbest most ridiculous things happen.

That's how Americans (white) are viewed.

When it comes to clothes then I would say yes.
In Latin America having brand names from the US is cool, in Europe it varies some brands are considered top notch.
Americans can be considered exotic, but like Therfalu mentioned it depends, as long as you're not too fat you're good. Americans extroverntess (?) is usually considered as something good.
US cars are considered trash though
