If you're planning to propose you take her somewhere that is important/special to the both of you, you do a 10 minute speech talking about why you're there, the significance of the location, how you met, when you fell in love with her etc and then when you're approaching your final thought you get on one knee and you propose. Watch a Youtube video of a proposal before you do it though. A lot of planning has to go into it.
