Do I have to pay old tickets and fines?

I'm a little right now. I just got a call from a collection agency telling me I have 3 outstanding tickets from a city I haven't lived in in years. They are:

• Drinking underage :meh:
• Drunk in public
• Vandalizing a campsite

I don't really remember any of these but the underage one tells me they are at least 12 years old and possibly up to 15.

Do I really have to pay these?

How the fukk did they track me down?
