I remember minority liberals shytting on Sanders so heavy for constantly vying for the blue collar white vote while feeling like Hillary was more focused on the black and Latino vote. As a black man, I didn't think his strategy was wrong at all. Fast forward to the election, and that's the exact demographic that lost her the election.

I personally think he would have won because 1) he'd have had a bigger millennial vote, 2) doubt he loses much if any of the Hillary voters; 3) he would have won over the blue collar liberal, 4) and let's be real, there are plenty of people who would have voted Bernie simply cause he wasn't a woman

What did the conservatives do after losing in 2008?

The Koch Brothers and the grassroots fundraised and organized, bringing us the Tea Party.

I really doubt the left will take a similar path. Dem money goes to a tiny clique of corrupt DC consultants who view the base w/ contempt. It'll have to be led from outside the beltway and it has to start now.

DNC owes him an apology for cheating. He also should apologize for being a spineless bytch against Hillary during the debates, then supporting a fake progressive. Who knows if he could have beaten the Democratic corruption machine even if he had a backbone during the debates, but at least be a man.

More than an apology.

They should be begging him to lead the revival of a true leftist party. We need to plant the seeds right now. The corporate garbage has been thrown out.
It won't work because the party composition doesn't make sense. In no other country do you have a party composed primarily of upper class, educated white people and poorer people of color. Balancing those two groups is why the party is the way it is. You literally have a party of people whose interests don't even align with each other. The Republican Party is like that as well, except it's white people from all different economic classes so at least there's some consistency on what they're again (POC).

No. he didn't seal the deal and that's his fault.

The DNC didn't screw him

He became a democrat too late.

He did not become a more party member soon enough etc.

I like Bernie but his failure in the primary is his own.

I'm not talking about the DNC and the party. I'm talking about the people who shyt on him and his strategy which turned out to be vital.
