Do married black men get preferred over single brothers in the workplace?

Is the brothers with nothing to lose a reality in the minds of cacs and prevent them from giving some dudes a chance? Married brothers at my job tell me they get treated better since being married but I told them the downside if when them cacs start taking cheap shots at you, you can't just get up and walking out like single dudes can.

I'm not understanding the rationale of someone who is racist against black people yet prefers one who is married rather than single (or vice-versa). Would someone who is a homophobe have a greater preference for a homosexual that is single rather than not?

Hmm....I think married men are more favored. Married men have more stable home lives, which contributes to workplace production, and they have more incentive to be controlled by management because they have a family to feed and provide for. Single men generally have more freedom which isnt something a company would necessarily prefer.
