I mean, each player and situation is completely different. If I'm from Spain...and I could be a god in Spain and make 3 mil a year...or be a 4th option on a US team and make 5 mil a year....I dunno what I would do.

Some reasons are for money.

Some reasons are for stardom.

Some reasons are for playing time.

Some reasons are to be closer to your family.

Some reasons are political.

Theres no one size fits all reason why someone would decide to play in another league besides the NBA.

I don't know about nba level talent cause I'd imagine they'd rather be in the nba and usa if they could but college level players go overseas and have it nice. I know a couple guys who did it for years making decent money traveling and getting still treated like a sports star basically cause they're tall and black

I'm speaking generally bro....some players prefer playing abroad, especially if they feel they are getting more than what they would get in the NBA. Assuming they have the option.
