Calling in for “stolen” cars because you’re too cheap of a company to fix your computer system is dirty.

Not acknowledging that these people did indeed pay for and returned said cars is dirty as hell.

Putting these innocent folks in legal limbo to the point where they’re being asked to Plead Out instead of facing a bigger sentence, when they did nothing to begin it, is dirty as fukk.

I understand they couldn’t keep this bullshyt up if they had to repeatedly tell law enforcement, “My bad, they good. Just let them go we’ll drop it.” But on top of that they’re seemingly targeting Black customers in particular with malice. Like they wanna see these people locked up for a long ass time, or straddled with an unnecessary criminal record.

This shyt makes me wanna contact one of these Chicago news stations so they could contact the first Breh and do an investigation piece on Hertz. Man, can’t there be a class action lawsuit or something? Like ol’ girl said this is fukked up!

Lowest of keys, years ago I caught a DOP charge because Hertz wouldn’t give me my money back. They banned me for life from ever renting from them. Years later, I was in Canada and decided to see how serious they was and the clerk got all the way to the end of the application and went and looked at me and said “Sorry, you’re not allowed to rent with us….”

Terrible business, but I see they keep their word on lifetime bans tho
